OLIVE HARVEST 

On 21 and 22 October, the Ars et Labor Foundation opens the doors of San Martin Inn, a private Foundation venue, on the occasion of olive harvest in the Olive Garden, the Foundation olive grove.
Two days spent in the company of agronomist Ang Maurizin to get to know the olive phenology, from the dormant stage to the stage of full ripeness.
Tasting top quality oil will get us closer to the world of oil, accompanied by those who deal with it, with typical al fresco dining – bread, oil, wine and cold cuts.
