The Ars et Labor Foundation invites you to Vodnjan for the annual harvest at our olive grove in the San Martin district.
The harvest will take place on the weekend of 16-17 October. Participation is free, but subject to a stay in the Foundation’s adjacent guesthouse so that you can enjoy two days of “work”, culture, relaxation, and good food.
Harvesting only takes a few hours and is a great way to socialize, after which you can see the olives transformed into oil at the local mill.
The rest of the day you are free to explore the area. The Foundation’s members will be happy to accompany you on a tour of southern Istria.
